Rent Collection Policy:

Tenant Rents are due on the first of the month and will be considered late after the close of business on the fifth of the month. Should no money be received, we will notify the tenant of their delinquency on the 6^th, the 9^th, and the 12^th of the month. If rents are not received by the 15^th of the month, eviction proceedings will commence.

Should dispossessory be required, we will represent you in court and on through to collections. For every stage of this process, full disclosure will be provided to you so you are aware of what is transpiring.

Should eviction be final and the tenant has been removed, we will coordinate with collectors to ensure every available option is being utilized in order to locate, chase and collect what is owed from your tenant.
